So, donor engine is pulled and is swinging from a chain as we speak. Found out what a funny noise was. The torque converter only had 1 bolt in it, and it was only hand tight. The other 2 had been banged to shit by the starter, flywheel, and such, and were lying in the bottom of the tranny shield.
And the guy who was gonna sell me the truck might be changing his mind. Ug.
