Too heavy, not reliable, and it took up too many resources to produce and deliver to the field. While it was neat (terrifying?) to look at now, it wasn't as effective in battle as you may think.

Oh I know, overall they were a disaster. Very good at knocking out tanks, but pretty much shit at everything else (especially moving).
