Just tell anyone who wants it back that they can come visit Norway, or move here, we've got tons of it (mind you, we call it Urge here, since that was the original name) here. Oh, and tell them to bring a pallet or twelve of mountain dew, can't get that stuff here :(

Is it really like Surge ? Also, for Mountain Dew, you will have to press on your local Pepsi bottler to get same, follow the Surge example. Or you can find it on websites specialized in exporting/importing American stuff, to EU.

Urge (or Surge in the US) was first made in Norway, in '96 I think, so yes Surge and Urge was the same thing perhaps some tweaks in taste to better suit the american market (high fructose perhaps in the US version), but should be very similar. As for mountain dew, we had it for a year or so, but it didn't sell squat so it got discontinued, there are some special shops that's got it, but it costs about four times as much as a rgular soda.

I've heard that they sell it in Sweden, in the shops just across the border. But I've never really looked after it, so I can't say for sure. Might take a look next time I'm there.

They do, I buy some everytime I go to Charlottenberg, but it's a tad bothersome to visit Sweden everytime I start craving mountain dew ;) But now I really started craving it, so I guess there'll be a trip this week.

Again, put your internets to it, find people who want the same thing, both in Norway and Sweden, Denmark and Finland and run a big Dew for Scandinavia Facebook page, that asks for Mountain Dew in every store there. I've heard that they pulled Dew out of the UK due slow sales too, but reintroduced it a couple of years ago, because people were demanding it.

There are other websites too, just search Google for words like American soda.

Why would you get a tattoo with the logo of a brand? Most end up looking cheesy, and brands charge their logos, leaving you with an outdated tattoo.

I lived on that stuff in college, but mostly because my dorm had a contract with Coke and couldn't carry Mountain Dew. Mountain Dew always has been and always will be better.

I was soooo addicted to Surge, I was sad to see it go. I don't drink much soda now but if it came back I'd still buy it occasionally.
