Being an auto enthusiast, you always think about how to improve a car. Whether it be a better cup- holder by your side, or a new tire tread design, you are trying to improve the car. Now, if you think about how many things you would change about your car, how much does that add up to?

I started reading a hot rod book a month back and I got interested in them, naturally. So in the dream of making on, I had a thought of having a fully floating rear end. It would hook up to the chassis with two shocks. The drive shaft would then connect it to the transmission. However, in order to keep it in line, two braces of sorts would have to be on the outside of the car. However the bars would have to only have vertical travel, and only a little horizontal travel. At then end, I think I found a solution, which ended up being quite similar to a rock bouncer's suspension. It ended up being very similar to the rock bouncers you see !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! . Have you ever had the same thought process?

What engineering strokes of genius did you ever come across?

More like lack of elements in this case: I removed the front wing from the Ford Indigo concept car, you know, just to see what it would look like.

Other than that, I've done some complete car concepts.

I'm constantly thinking about things for my rat rod, does that count?
