It's all done in spray paint and the car is the result of a hand drawn and cut stencil. It didn't turn out quite as well as I had hoped, but hey what can I do?

What did you use as your stencil material? Did you use any weights? What did you use to cut out the stencils?

I have some experience in this sort of thing. I did do spray painted stencils of cars for my senior project

I used printer paper... I was too lazy to find posterboard or card stock. I didn't use weights, but I tried to tape the stencil down. I used an xacto knife to cut the thing out. If you have any tips I would much appreciate it, I really like the style. Also, are those yours? They are beautiful.

If you have larger images of those paintings, I think I will stand for all of oppo in saying I'd love to see a post on them.

They are mine, Thanks! Biggest thing is to use a nice thick type of board. I used a cardboard with no corrugation in it so that it was thick and would cut easy. Also when you use a thicker stencil you need to replace your xacto blades often. Weights help along the edges of the stencil if you are spraying on flat ground. If you are going against the wall you could use painters tape? I did all of mine flat on the ground.

Thanks! They are a bit rougher up close but I am happy with how they came out

Thanks for the tips, I have never made a stencil out of decent paper. I'm still a beginner, these are the only other things I have made - sadly I didn't draw these stencils.
