List every motor that comes from the factory with individual throttle bodies. Think inline-6. I'll start things off with the motor above: BMW s54 from the e46 M3 and Z4 M and late Z3 M-Roadster/M-coupe

The 1967 Triumph TR5 came with a newly fuel injected 2.5l Triumph inline 6, the world's first production car with fuel injection. It also had individual throttle bodies. Neat.
It's also the engine I've got to go in my Spitfire:

It's cool isn't it? Triumph were rather good at innovative engines in their heyday. They also had the world's first production 4 valve head in the Dolomite Sprint, but with an odd SOHC setup for it:
Luckily for me, my engine's just the other way around so it's all there. That's part of the reason why I got this one. As far as I can tell, everything I need is there.

Look at that. rockers on just one side. Weird but very cool.

It is weird, and it suffers from more wear on the cam lobes than a traditional design, but you can't argue with the results. Apparently, compared to the competition (the Alfa 2000 GTV and BMW 2002Tii) it had brutal power delivery.

Any idea if there is a place you could purchase those throttles?

Ah, sorry, got the wrong end of the stick. Not sure about companies in America, but there are people like RimmerBros or Canley Classics here in the UK that do a whole host of parts.
I've had a quick search through their sites, but I haven't come up with anything unfortunately.
Ebay or a specialist Triumph breaker might be your best bet.
