I can relate.
I used to collect Import Tuner, Super Street, Modified, and others. Even after I whittled it down to articles covering the cars I have/Own (Toyota AE86 & Acura/Honda NSX), I still have a box.5 worth of them. I got rid of 5 boxes worth of magazines (Around 100 lbs IIRC).

I used to have enough to make 2 piles as high as the one on the left.
C/D, R&T, M/T, evo, Automobile, Sports Car International, European Car, Performance VW, Excellence, 4-Wheel & Off-Road, Four Wheeler, Hot Rod, Car Craft, Chevy High Performance, Car Audio & Electronics, and a few more. That's not including the bike stuff: Cycle World, Motor Cyclist, Easyriders, Dirt Rider, Dirt Bike, Motocross Action...
