These were all in a box and each one was individually wrapped so I got a surprise as I opened them one by one. She spent three weeks stalking every store's Hot Wheels section she visited while shopping trying to find cars she knew I'd like or had heard me mention.

I love them all, even if I don't care too much for the Greenwood 'Vette or Pagani. I had never heard of / seen the Lotus M250 before this either! The Torino, 918 Spyder, 2000GT and F&F Supra are drool worthy though.

AND I FINALLY HAVE A FR-S! Whoo!

She also got me this book because I've always wanted to go to school and become a automotive designer but never actually took the time to (mostly because I doubt I'd make the cut to get in):

Just from the parts I've read, I'm going to really love this book. I'll probably end up reading it cover to cover once a week or so. I can't wait to see what I learn.

One more last thing, since I wasn't expecting it. I got this kickass Golden Dragon made by Lego. Don't care whatsoever for their Ninjago game; but this set combines my love of dragons and Legos and therefore rocks.

Pretty damn sure she's a keeper.

I have the same pagani, ford mustang, and roadrunner. But that right there is a really good haul. Keeper for sure.

Haha, she probably spent a total of $100 in gifts on me this year. I told her not to buy me much, since I'm very hard to shop for.

Plus she did give me permission to drop $15k on a sports car for myself, which I'm enjoying; so I got that as well.

I have yet to see a red Hot Wheels NSX in person yet but a quick google search tells me that cool is not very suiting to the car. Silver works very, very well for it.

It's always annoyed me how many Hot Wheels have flames on them. I can deal with the occasional stripe or random add-on (side scoop in the rocker panel on the FR-S, for instance); but flames ruin the cars to me.

Glad she found me some with no flames. The M250 concept looks really interesting, might have to look more into it later.

That's why I prefer Matchbox cars.
I have two Exiges that I'm pretty sure are both Matchbox. Green and blue, both close enough to the real colors and they're awesome. No flames or decals!
(Always keeping my out out for a proper orange one ;)

I *ahem* forcefully borrowed the M250 from my little brother a while ago...
If I recall, it came in one of those 4 or 5 pack of Hot Wheels and I was pretty shocked to see it included because it really is such a random car. Especially for Hot Wheels.
