my buddy deleted my tiles on the Googlee chrome new tab page and i dont know how to get them back. So now i have to type oppo in to the browser instead of just clicking which is really annoying.

Having done a bit of poking around, this seems like it might be a solution. It might sound a bit complex but it all seems straightforward enough. If that doesn't work then Speed Dial 2 is worth a look, since it adds more functionality than Google's own speed dial and is well regarded.
I hope something works out for you here since I just installed Chrome to try and help. Pretty sure my comment is going to be grayed out for you as well, so it's going to be interesting to find out whether you see it or not.

If you delete another ones, an option will pop up that says restore all. It will restore all the tiles. It pops up right below all the tiles.
