I stumbled upon Ford Model A Wikipedia page and when I took a look at the different body styles, I was amazed. It has 34 different body styles. I'd have trouble choosing.
I'd take a Business Coupe since it probably means it's for important people.
Ford Model A Deluxe Tudor, a name miles better than BMW 428i xDrive.
And here's the complete list of all the body styles available:

Most full size trucks have 3 cab configurations, 2 bed length options plus chassis cab, and 4 load range options, and 2 or 4WD.

General Motors? Ford? Chrysler/Fiat? Except instead of offering similar body styles of the same car, they give each body style a whole new name and identity.

And dually/not dually. Possibly 5th wheel trailer hook up too?

What about Mini?
Mini
Convertible
Clubman
Coupe
Speedster thing
What about VW?
Golf 2 door
Golf 4 door
Jetta
Jetta Wagon
That's only four or five - I'm sure the trucks route Demon-Xanth suggested will have more.

911? Mustang? I can't think of a model that has a lot of variants, but if you rephrase the question as chassis/platform instead then things get interesting.

911 would definitely be the answer.

I'd count dually/non-dually as a body style variation, probably and at least some load range changes definitely (with significantly different paneling), but in most cases I wouldn't count 2wd/4wd, as there's usually a look difference but not really much beyond flares for body style.

Golf. 3d hatch, 5d hatch, wagon, convertible, Golf Plus (soon to be replaced), CrossGolf (Golf Plus given the Volvo XC70 versus V70 treatment). That's 6.

Considering that the OP's list included a number of variations which were only trim levels themselves...

The Veyron has quite a few variants.
Veyron, SS, Veyron Vitesse, Veyron Gumbo, Fried Veyron, Veyron Curry, Veyron Kabob....

Arguably you could add the Jetta (Golf sedan), Scirocco (Golf coupe), Touran (Golf minivan), Cross Touran (see Cross Golf), Tiguan (Golf SUV) and Caddy (Golf Panel van) as well. That's another 6, resulting in a total of 12.

Off the top of my head, the only thing other than a pure truck that comes to mind for huge body style range is the Transit.
4 wheelbases, three roof heights, panel van, full passenger van, cab-in-van panel, double cab-in-van, chassis cab, motorhome cab (subtly different), Transit minibus, Transit Custom - combi/cab/van...
Quite a few.

Well, all right. In that case, that makes my suggestion of the Transit even more bonkers.

I didn't include the Transit Connect because it's just too different, but I figured the Custom (lighter weight platform) was still enough in the family to count.

Thinking outside the box, badge engineering *is* a way to look at this problem. Trouble being with "manufactured today", as there's somewhat less of that going around than there used to be.

I would definitely agree. My thoughts initially went to the days when Pontiac was around, and everything from Saturn to Cadillac was rooted in similar vehicles.
As for today, my first guess would be BMW, with their variations on sedans ranging from sedan, to coupe, to wagon, to liftback, and all the models in-between.
