How awesome is it? When my tooth was pulled the other day I was given a prescription for Tylenol 3 (with Codeine). I filled the prescription, but I haven't taken any... because this stuff is not only taking care of my cold symptoms, it's killing the pain from having my tooth pulled! I'll even go as far as saying I love this stuff more than NyQuil.

Are you sure it's the Alka-Seltzaer doing the numbing and not the cheap booze you're drinking straight out of the bottle?

Nah, if you put too much of it in the bottle it's like Mentos and Diet Coke.
