The Cruze is gone, and good riddance. !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! is finally back and it feels so good. I forgot how much I loved it. Driving that 118 HP Cruze gave me some bad habits too. I keep forgetting about the power and spinning the tires in 2nd gear. Oops. The car looks great and for the most part it looks like everything was fixed up properly. Theres a few areas on the inside trunk that i'm not thrilled about, but I may just be overly anal. Either way they also detailed it and cleaned the interior, so it looks fantastic. I had to take some mediocre photos to celebrate the occasion. Took them with a potato though so now I kinda feel stupid. Oh well. It probably won't look this good for a while. #TeamTreadOut

Still debating on whether to write an oppo review on the base Cruze. Maybe if I have enough time over break.

Yeah, but only a 5-door. You can get a 3-door in the UK and Europe(I think)

i'm not sure if its skimped on the proper protocol or w/e, but theres a few places where the paint pooled etc. Its practically unnoticeable unless you were looking for it. I'll grab a couple photos.

This will most likely be my next car. I have not heard one single bad thing about it. Those steelies look great on it by the way!

I have had two Cruze's but both had the 1.4 turbo. I loved mine (one LT and one ECO). I would like to hear your impressions.

My only real complaint is that MyFordTouch is on/off. Somedays it will work perfectly and others it will crash and claim to preform scheduled maintenance.

I like the look of both equally (not true for all 5 vs 3 door options), but the 5 door offers more family friendliness

Sounds pretty minor. Not really a big selling point for me (or for you I'm guessing), when I checked one out at the dealer that's all the salesman wanted to show me for some reason.

I've always preferred 3-door superminis. Larger hatches can work with five, but most cars of the Fiesta's class just look kind of ungainly when you squeeze a couple of extra doors onto the back. Really, it comes down to whether or not you're willing to sacrifice the comfort and dignity of your friends and relatives for aesthetics.

(Love the Fiesta, by the way. Aside from the number of doors, you've gotten pretty much exactly the one I would. Sadly, I doubt I'll be able to afford one for some time. They're just too new.)

I've been hearing that the Fiesta ST is more fun to drive than the Focus ST. I'm planning on replacing my 5 series with a Focus ST but now I'm wondering if I should replace the 5 with a Charger and get a Fiesta ST for a 2nd car...

I only spent an hour or so with the two cars but I definitely think the Fiesta is more fun. Not quite as fast in a straight line but its nimbleness and grip is unbelievable, especially for a car of its size and price. Insanely fun too. If I were to only have one car I'd get the Focus for the added space and practicality, but if I could have two cars I'd definitely choose the Fiesta for my ST.
