If that car went into production today, exactly like that (well, in mint condition obviously) I'd buy one. Just for those tailfins. It actually looks to be designed around the tailfins. Like the designers had a great idea for some tailfins, and then had to make a car so that it could have them.

Agreed. Too bad in modern times we care about things such as "crash safety" and believe those peasants called "pedestrians" deserve the same level of safety as us superior car drivers...
:P
