I also saw a Ranchero, but it was on the very far end of the hanger with no way to get to it, that's a shame. Another neat thing I saw was a VW Brasilia. I would have loved to grab that, but the card was utterly, utterly ruined (half of it was missing).

I like the Greenwood Corvette and the 2000GT. I saw one at the store the other day, but I didn't get it. I did, however, get the '72 Ranchero and the DeLorean.

Maybe. I saw them for the first time as recently as Friday. Then again, I don't go to the Wal Mart Hot Wheel section that often.

YEs! You got the 620! That is my favorite out of all the ones I own. The Daytona is the largest hotwheel Ive ever seen.

They had dozens of those Datsuns at that particular store, but I agree - it's a cool car.

Make sure you try grocrie stores too. Kroger is a good place to find cars and they usually aren't the first places picked. Dollar General has also turned up gold for me as well

Thursday night I searched Toys R Us, but it had been thoroughly picked over. I did manage to find a Matchbox VW Karmann Ghia convertible, a Matchbox Lotus Europa S2, a blue Hot Wheels E30 M3, an AE86 Corolla, and a couple of others that are escaping me at the moment.

Friday I had some drinks before going grocery shopping with my gf and proceeded to annoy her by searching all Matchbox/Hot Wheels displays. I found the Greenwood Corvette, the Dodge Demon, and the Huayra but didn't pull the trigger on those. I picked up a Grand Sport Corvette, a Civic hatchback, and the '71 Mustang Boss 351. Again, there were others, but I don't remember them.

I'll have to start posting pictures. Guess it's time to request Oppo posting rights.

There weren't many made... and FAR fewer than that were ever imported into the US... and recently one sold at auction for over a million... the first japanese car to do so.

They aren't on the street, and unless you see one where one happens to be, the chances are actually pretty low of just catching one candidly.

My reading comprehension mistake.

I see the hot wheels version of the car all over the place, and I have a red one. The black ones are all over.

But, conversely, I don't remember that I have ever seen a Datsun 620 pickup truck HW car, though, or the Dodge Demon.

I have almost all of the versions of the DeLorean, including the dark/black/redstripe one.

I thought about getting a black 2000GT... but it isn't speaking to me. I am still waiting for it to be re-done again in white, ivory, or silver. That I do want.

I also want a Matchbox Lambo Miura in a more subtle color than bright orange.

I let me kid open the red 2000GT, so i wanted one unopened, or available for the exchange. I would love to see a 2000GT in real life though, I had a blast driving one in FM3
