Just to watch people try to look at the car. I bet it would be nearly invisible, just because it would be almost painful to look at and people would subconciously look away to avoid seeing it

it is a picture. used to have a poster like that. focus on any one portion and it'll stop moving

Slightly unfocus your eyes or get really close to the monitor, and the picture will stop moving. Your peripheral vision thinks it sees movement because of the pattern of colors.
