The non-turbo City did around 70mpg when new. And that's no scooter! It's the MOTOCOMPO! Honda's super-awesome, kinda silly solution to how hard parking is in urban Japan. It was designed to fold up in the trunk of the City, and the idea was you'd park your car wherever you could find a space, unfold the Motocompo and ride it to where you intended to go in the first place.
