Which one? I prefer Partagas shorties or Arturo Fuente Short Stories.

If I could make it that I wouldn't be smoking a Punch.

I like both if those, but this is a London Club Maduro. It's my daily smoke.

I used to smoke Punch. Haven't had a cigar in years though.

I haven't gone very far, but at least I'm enjoying the ride.

I haven't had a cigar in FOREVER. Maybe I'll get some Sunday and have a nice smoke.

Don't let me encourage bad habits. However, I do find a cigar to be one the more relaxing pastimes.

Been smoking these of late.

Kinja'd!!!

Easy smoke, good flavor, and doesn't give me ashtray mouth.

EDIT: Camacho Conneticut, for those who can't see it... I may have been Nibbled.

SHIT.

I forgot to go smoke a cigar today. I was seriously going to cut out early and smoke one, but got caught up with work.

STUPID WORK!!

I've said it before (I think) but I do love those little bastards. Good ratings great price and the right amount of time...

Agreed. In some ways, the amount of time invested is as important as any other factor. Unless I'm on a long drive, I just don't have 70 minutes to smoke a cigar.

Absolutely...my go-tos are often coronas or petite lanceros (anything that comes in a tin of 5). Padron Londres or those Undercrown minis (oy they are pricey) seem to be showing up a lot for me lately.

I have a big Cohiba in my drawer, just waiting for that special occasion.

Are cuban cigars still illegal in america-land?

Kinja'd!!! ttyymmnn > Lars_M

Sadly, yes. Still illegal to import. If you buy some overseas or in Mexico, and remove the bands, there's no way for Customs to know what they are. I just wish the US govt would get over Castro.

Yea it seems like a grudge that should be buried a long time ago.

I was lucky enough to spend a few weeks on Cuba last winter; and that place made me smoke cigars even though I normally don't smoke. Personally I liked Romeo y Julieta.

Did you hear the uproar when Obama shook Raul Castro's hand at the Mandela funeral? All the fusty old Republicans almost had an aneurysm. This country is finally getting over same-sex marriage, so hopefully this attitude will be changed soon as well.

Not living in the US means I don't keep up that much on domestic politics. But yea, I can imagine. From this side of the pond it seems that being 'conservative' is just another way of saying 'prejudice bigot'.

From here the Obama-Castro handshake was a thing, but everybody quickly agreed that Obama was merely being respectful. Not a big deal.
