M3 Estate render !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! . I dunno about you guys but if I could get one of these with 3 pedals I'd take it over the RS4...not that either one are an option because I live in the US (and I'm broke).

Shooting brake is always a valid answer.

I have never understood the problem with Euro wagons and USDM. Agreed that the US has higher crash safety norms, but I'm sure that's not the deterrent for NOT releasing such reallly nice cars in the US.

It's Economy 1o1. Supply and demand and unfortunately the demand would be too low.

Absolutely, although I'm not a huge BMW fan I always enjoyed their wagons. They carry certain swag and badassery.

It's almost as if you own a BMW wagon...you are immune to the asshat stereotype.

Don't rob a bank in Germany. They have Diesel Police wagons that'll keep up with you and hypermile .

Not here it wouldn't...most of us who would love this can't afford it.

The answer is easy then ... give me your money, since I could buy one over here, should they decide to make it.

Eh, I'll even be happy with an Alpina'D 550i Touring. ;)

Fair enough ... each time a topic like this (U.S. cars in EU; EU cars in the states) pops up, I end up tinkering with the idea that shipping and getting these on the respective road can't even be that hard.

Can you legally drive a car in the U.S. that's registered like a normal car in Germany?
