Damn, I feel old now... I think this was the second game I ever played, after Sonic 2, when I was like 4 or 5 years old. The demo came standard with our first PC and my mother started playing it with me and my siblings watching wide eyed behind her. Scared the crap out of us at first, until we had the "it's just a game" talk.

Then it became awesome. I don't have it anymore, but I have the Doom Roguelike installed on my home PC

Oh man, I remember buying that.. I actually still have it somewhere. Problem is that I bought it on floppy disks, and I don't have a floppy drive. Same thing with Doom II: Hell on Earth.
