Depends what you think "complete swill" is. To me, yes it is. Better than the Coors and Bud and anything that says "lite" though. Now, since the old Rainier brewery is office space owned by Tully's, it's basically just PBR. I'm sure it's slightly different somehow, but PBR makes it and I still pretend it's made in the old brewery. Normally, I only drink once in a while so I can afford craft beer. Now I've just sorta given up.

They had the best commercials.

Complete swill as in cheap American lager, not as in Mickey Big Mouth. Drinkable if cold and, like you said, better than lite stuff. It was the choice of discerning teens when I was a kid. And Bud totally ripped off their commercial.

I have that too, but I hate to drink it just to have a drink. I like to be relaxed and slowly sip it neat, not drink it like I'm thirsty. I've only ever had two bottles of Scotch, and they're both about half gone.

What do you have? I've got some Aberlour 12yr and 16yr. I'd also recommend The Glenlivet and Laphroaig. If you're into peaty then Laphroaig all the way. but I agree that its more of a drink that is to be had in front of a fireplae with a good book (perhaps) and some good music playing.

Agree with your atmosphere completely. Haven't tried any of those yet, except Glenlivet 12. That is pretty much the same as my Glenfiddich 12. I also have a bottle of Ardbeg 10, which is premium stuff. I brought that up to the land of the outlandish liquor tax from California last year when I visited. I've had the Glenfiddich for two years. Would like to try some others, but am on a real bourbon kick. And it takes me a while to try new things because I drink the hard liquors very, very slowly...

I hate it too. However, and feel free to disagree, I like it a lot better than the state-run liquor stores. I will gladly let them have their money for a while if I can buy the stuff I want where I want it and not have to deal with stupid people/hours/location/stock. But yeah. I drink a lot of beer and bring my scotch back from Cali.

I was very comfortable! Tell me you weren't in that kick-ass red E30 with GB plates. I'd have to be incredibly jealous! I think they have something every first Saturday of the month. But definitely like that there is something in Tacoma and I don't have to go up to Renton for a cars and coffee type thing.

I parked my white M3 down the street. She's a bit shy on account of her not having the "popular" body style and being maintained less well than she'd like. And I agree, I want to make it to the cool supercar thing in Redmond but I haven't yet. Tacoma is a perfect distance from Puyallup.

Well. Last night after I read your message of doom, I heard the hard drive actuator working. So that's good. You're not supposed to hear the actuator arm. So thank you for that. Does PS+ back up your stuff? Doesn't matter, sounds expensive...

$50 a year. But you get a bunch of free games, auto backup to the cloud, automatic update download, and you need it to play online for PS4. Your copy of GT6 have a free 7 day trial code in it? If not you can have mine.

Yeah it has a code in it. I'm sure it's a good deal, but $50 is a lot for me at the moment (see top photo with the cheap beer) and that's one reason I dislike the PS4, though I understand the decision. I just don't play online enough to justify it.
