I think kinja does it automatically. I think it shows your first paragraph and the next ones are hidden. I have 4 paragraphs above.
Full Disclosure. I'm an idiot when it comes to kinja, I can barely do the simplest tasks...I tried 2x to post this one thing.

Oh ok, its just that i hate it when im posting a set of pictures and describe each one, then on the outside of the post every sentence shows, and it looks stupid, because it does not makes sense if other people read it without entering the post. I hate that
