A Laval man fought off three would-be carjackers with a hockey stick in the Chomedey district of Laval over the weekend.
The victim drove home to his house on De Horta St. around midnight Saturday and was set upon by three men intent on stealing his car. One of them reputedly had a Taser. "The victim fought back. He had a hockey stick in his car and he hit one of the men in the face with the stick," said Laval Constable Franco Di Genova. "At that point, all three of them scampered off and the victim called police."

Awesome,
you Americans think you need guns to protect yourself, all you need is a little ball's and the inner will not to be walked over. unless the other guy has a gun then you will just get shot holding a hockey stick. :-x
