One of the weirdest, yet awesomest I've ever had. And it didn't even have sex in it (Unless you're petrolsexual, but that's up to you).
I dreamt I was browsing Oppo and someone posted a CL link, a Drift car. It was an AE86 (a car I really never cared about), with a straight six BMW engine. Roll cage, upgraded everything and all the lot. Full on drift car, matte black, bodywork mostly beat up but with perfect mechanics. US$1800.00. NP in my book.
And the guy stated he could deliver it worldwide, so I bought it via PayPal (why would someone post an item for sale worldwide on CL? I have no idea. Don't question my weird dreams, okay?). And when I came to my mom's house a week later, there it was parked on an array of pallets with the key hanging on the door. But for some reason, it was in my mom's living room. How the hell did someone get a CAR inside the freaking living room? It's not a small living room, but the only way in is just a usual freaking door!
A friend of mine showed up and I asked him if he knew how we could get the car outside and Hoon the crap out of it. He said: "Steer it and we'll push it out the door, it will fit". And it did.
The living room door leads to my mom's yard, which consists of 1 acre of grass and trees (It really does. Guess who has two thumbs up and spent a good chunk of his childhood and teenage mowing the lawn?). Key in, put into neutral, systems on, check if gear is in Neutral again (why do I do this?), fuel pump on, check if the gear is out, try to act casual and turn the key.
I started the car and before I could finally reach the street, I had converted the lawn into dirt drifting around the trees, trying to keep a straight line. When I finally got to the street, I revved that engine, made a fast and furious look ahead while gripping on the steering wheel, grabbed the shifter, put it in 1st and said to myself I would do a big freaking burnout and drift around my aunt's house just because she hates loud cars. And that baby had straight side exhausts.
Then I woke up to my cat's cold nose touching my eyelid.
I just felt I needed to share this for no reason. Until yesterday I didn't care about this car, now a trick my brain has played in itself made me change my mind. Dammit.

That is an AWESOME dream! An ae86 is a pretty sweet machine. Around my neck of the woods they go for $10000.
