I need some extended unwind time, and want to hit up GTA V. I haven't spent stimulus money yet, so where can I get a good garage?
I'd like to set up a car and race for a little while and don't want to waste time running around looking at garages, if that's how it work?
Anyone lend a quick primer for me please?
Also, if anyone wants to race when I finish my coquette modding, let me know! same as my screen name on oppo!

My favorite garage online is the one next to the airport. 10 car garage, 120k, about 5 seconds from the mod shop

The cheapest 10-car garage is $105,000 and is over in Cypress Flats.

I got one for $205,000.
Del Perro Heights, Apartment 20, 10 car garage, high rise.
After buying it, I found out why it was only $205,000...you can't see the beach or the pier from there, but when there isn't a cloud in the sky, it has a good view of the western Vinewood Hills and looks right over Boulevard Del Perro (the GTA version of Santa Monica Blvd).
Can't get a Sandking in or out of the garage without scraping the roof, but since it seems to automatically repair itself once it's in the garage, it's not much of a big deal.
Overall, I'm quite happy with my purchase. There's also a lower apartment, Apartment 7, for $5,000 less, but the extra cost is worth it.

Where do i buy cars? I've been looking forebear let forever. Do I need to be a certain level?

There are two places you can buy cars, both are accessed on the internet on your phone.
One is southernsanandreassuperautos.com (Most of the cars here can be snatched right off the street and taken to Los Santos Customs to make into a personal car), and second is legendarymotorsport.net.
The cars on this site (and a couple that are sold on both sites, like the Vacca) have to be purchased, as stolen ones can't be taken to Los Santos Customs (unlike in single player).
Also, the garage is on the northern side of the building.
You have to go down a slope, and it's the door on the left.
There's also a separate apartment door right next to it.

I have my coquette and what looks like an old charger.
I'm getting frustrated trying to find races that aren't where you shoot each other... but I can't mod my car without winning races.
Not sure if there is a way to specify but joins my custom games
