While I'll refrain from broad, sweeping generalizations regarding the undead population, this one seems to be advocating a specific tire brand, so I'm assuming she was previously hit by a vehicle with substandard tires.

Or you know, maybe she fell off a building.

good calls on both, you don't want to pigeonhole the undead, its lifeist. She probably was un-deaded by sliding off the road into a pole because of her unsafe tires.
