I've always liked this song, but never really paid attention to it. Having acquired the original 45 of this a few weeks ago, I gave it a listen. Holy God, it's good. I love the slow progression of the song over the steady bass and organ. The backup singers become more and more apparent as the song goes on. Then we get the blasting horns near the very end. Sadly the guitar is overpowered on youtube, and easy to overlook(overhear?). Beautiful song though, and now one of my all time favorites.
