I remember when the 458 came out everybody was criticizing the steering wheel all cramped up with the car functions. Just found out from where Ferrari stole the idea of the Steering wheel loaded with all the car functions, turn signals and buttons in it.

I have a replica of this wheel for my Xbox 360, and I always wondered why that depression was there, now I know.

I don't think it's quite fair to compare those.

The Maserati concept steering wheel has a fixed center. Like the steering wheel on a Citroën C5:

Nice comparison, i didn't know that citroen, but It has the turn signal levers and the wipers behind, whereas the Ferrari has everything in it. Even The rev lights counter. Which counts as the Maserati old school gauge.
