Move to Vancouver for a year, and bring the car with you when it's legal.

I wanna be angry about this not showing up on sale when I lived out there, but then again, I'd likely be even worse economic shape.

No test pilots? Serious inquiries only?

If you advertise one of the best rally cars in history for sale and you say no test drives, then how are you going to attract serious buyers?

I wouldn't be buying this if I can't drive it.

God if these are going for $21K now, I can't imagine what one that's already been imported will go for next year in the states...

If you acquire one of those in a year, I want to ride in it.

If you try to sell even a marginally interesting car, you will have a line of people that stop by just to drive it with no interest of buying it, it can really be a nightmare. I've always stated in ads no test drives but if someone is seriously interested then they can drive it. It does help cut down on joy riders.

One more year? Isn't only 35 more days?

"25 year period runs from the date of the vehicle's manufacture"

Depending on when it was built, it could be eligible now.
