Those are the Blues Brothers. Their first film was about saving a Catholic orphanage from the taxman.
To raise money to pay the taxes, they reassembled their now defunct blues band
One of their frequent lines to explain what the quest was this. "We're on a mission from God".
If you want some of the best car chase and destruction ever, check it out. It is probably on Netflix.
