That makes sense that you would post it, then. What finally happened to it? (You can tell me the truth, I used to have a Chrysler, too. The never have good endings to their automotive lives)

It blew a sparkplug out along with the threads that held it into the head. Not knowing what other damage had been done I traded it in for the $500 the dealer would give me for it.

As much of a lump of crap as people constantly told me my car was I only really had this one issue where it let me down.

I actually liked my Intrepid pretty well, but the Mitsubishi designed engine was always a source of pain. It always ran great, except for when it didn't and when something broke, it was never an easy or cheap fix. It was always something that was buried deep within the engine requiring way too much work for whatever the problem was.
