I received an e-mail from PayPal claiming that a transfer worth £251 has been made to a company called Evolution RC Ltd.. My problem here is that I do not have a PayPal account, nor have I ever used it. Apparently said site doesn't know my name, which seems to be a good sign. It also seems to be impossible to contact PayPal without an account. If you were on my feet, what would you do?

Is it actually from paypal at all, or just spam?
If you think you have experienced PayPal fraud or received a PayPal scam via email (e.g. a fake email pretending to be from PayPal), forward the entire email to spoof@paypal.com, and delete it from your email account. If you came across a fake PayPal website, contact our Customer Service team.
Googling the company name says it's spam/scam.

Definitely fishing attempt. Forward the email to Paypal's email fraud service and they will go to work to make sure other people aren't affected by that scam.
