Yes, the guy next to him is Takanobu Ito, Honda's CEO, and if you read the article about the survivor executives , you will know why he is on a Honda bike.

Competition is in our nature, we all think that we can do a better job than the other guy. Also, when you have the same name as the biggest car maker in the world, you get a special status. And natural disasters have nothing to do with humans. In the end, Akio proved to be exactly what Toyota needed, and that's the most important thing, for us enthusiasts. He even use to praise all time greats of rival companies.
