They just pick a fan-made fictional sex story with the least amount of grammar errors. Not like there's only a few to choose from.

Well the book's been out since 2009...I say about 1-2 months after release is when the "high-quality" fan fic stuff starts coming out. As to how they do it? *cough*nosexlife*cough*
