Why would my home town prohibit burning after two days of rain, cold, humid weather. No wind and overcast. Pahrump, NV allows barrel burning of trash any time and the "burn season" is 12 months per year, 7 days per week, excluding holidays providing the wind is below 5 mph. I cannot imagine a day more suited to burning a brush pile than today. No. Due to meteorological conditions, no burning. Uh, ok. Calm, wet and cold...perfect conditions. Reminds me of a song...
