Oh, did I mention that it a Flying Miata Habu? That's the V8, for the noobs.

Kinja'd!!!

Oh man oh man oh man. This looks like one very, very well build V8 Miata. With Flying Miata doing it all, you konw it's good stuff.

Because Terry.

Kinja'd!!!

I don't know that I'd really spend $46K on a car...ever...but the question is.. .would you?

Nope. But I very much appreciate the car and how awesome it is. Would never spend my own money on that. I would just get an Ariel Atom for that price.

It's a fine car, but I'd rather buy a Z06 for that price.

Forget the ST, I'm buying this thing! I mean it's practical, right? There is no possible way my fiancee could ever object to me buying this.

Not bad, but it's $26,000 too much.

... measured a 0-60 time of 3.8 seconds - starting in second gear [...] Mileage on the highway is around 26 mpg, with the engine turning over at a relaxed 2000 rpm at 75 mph

That sounds like a hefty amount of awesome!

This looks like a brand new car, and since it only did 1 500miles since it was built, it probably is a new car (apart from the seats that are a bit disappointing). Put it against a new Lotus Elise and all of a sudden 46k doesn't sound like that much..

I would this over the Z06, personally. Like the "surprise bitches!" aspect of this. To each his/her own.

I don't even care for Miatas (yes, yes, I know), but if I had 46k in toy money I'd be all over this. If it's as well built as it looks, that price actually seems reasonable.

Wow, they went to town on this thing. I'm pretty sure this is the Mazdaspeed Miata I looked at days before I bought mine. That was just a couple months ago. If it is in fact the same car, it only had 11k miles on it when they bought it, so it is as new as it looks. You could tell the old motor had been heavily modified then put back to stock. Its a good thing they swapped it. Still, I haggled the guy down into the 13's before I decided the color was too heinous. Although it was a perfect swap candidate, no one should pay for what is essentially $33k for an engine swap. CP

If I had copious amounts of money, I'd buy this in a heartbeat.

The ultimate sleeper.
