So I thought I was being ripped off for Hot Wheels in Malaysia...

...turns out I found someplace worse. A basic Hot Wheels car sells for 7.50 RM in Malaysia (1 USD = 3.20 RM the last time I checked), but the same car costs 9.8 RM in Thailand. I probably can go on forever about having to pay twice the price for Hot Wheels when they're made in the country where I live, but paying thrice the price is ridiculous. It's a real pity too, since there are some cars like the Gallardo LP570-4 and 240Z that I can't find at all in Malaysia for some reason, as well as some interesting storage cases. And to think my parents told me not to buy them off eBay because I could find them here cheaper... I guess the latter certainly isn't true.

If it makes you feel any better. I've just done a Google search here in the U.K. for the Lamborghini LP570-4 Superleggera. eBay has a few, two of which, one being GBP£2.00/RM10.4/USD$3.24 another being GBP£4.99/RM26.00/USD$8.08. I'm sure there must be cheaper but still, someones paying these prices.
