Gotta have that B&O.
But I'll be honest, the whole thing costs a little more than I expected.

That's the most magnificent car I'll never be able to afford.

So glad they had the generosity to include an interior and the front plate holder.

Carbon fiber accents cost more than a HUD and night vision?
O_o

Go find out how much they charge for their home entertainment sound systems. Your head will explode.

I know. I'm just saying it's not worth it. Especially in a car. At least your home might be quiet

$6000 for a car stereo?

Interesting. There are options there that are not listed on the website (carbon optic package, sport exhaust, soft-closing doors).
Mine would be:
Suzuka Gray w/black diamond stictching
Cold weather package
Sport exhaust
carbon optic package w/quattro script
21" titanium blade wheels.
Total: $111,900
Considering the cost of some of its competitors, I think that's fairly reasonable.

$6k for a stereo? Does it give roadhead while you drive as well?
$4k for some gloss black paint and body kit addons?
$1k for pieces of wood bits. $1,000. Wood bits.
FUUUUUCK THAAAAAT.

I've seen used V10 R8s with the 6MT for about that price. That would be a lot better for you, considering your username.

There are a handful of cars that I would sacrifice a third pedal for. an RS7 "may" be one of em (Panamera GTS and RS4 Avant are definitely on that list). A like the V10 R8, but a fast four door hatch holds much greater appeal for me in general.

A big 4 door with a hatch would definitely be more usable. Especially if you have kids. I just love the R8 MT so much. Soon there will be no more new mid-engine cars with big engines that come with an MT option.
If I could afford the RS7 right now and needed a wagon or hatch I would look at getting a sports car and a used wagon/hatch. I'm lucky to have extra garage space so it's not a problem.
Have you had a chance to drive the Panamera GTS? I haven't but I did get to drive the Panamera 4S a lot before my old man had his taken back by Porsche. I wonder how different the GTS feels.

I'm more smitten with the 997.2 Carrera than the R8...driving a 997.2 does that. I wasn't crazy about the 991.
I've driven a Panamera 4 and 4S (the former on a track, the latter on the street). They were fantastic...so I can only imagine how damn good the GTS is (which is why I want one).

LOL I guess the grass is always greener... I have a 997.2 C2 6MT. I want to keep it, but I also want an R8. Maybe if I had got the C2S I would be less impressed with the R8. Or maybe I would still want both because I'm a 10 year old who likes toys...
The Panamera 4S is a beast. It always amazed me how such a big car could handle so well. My old man's car was one of the first ones ever sold in our area and it had an issue that 2 different dealerships couldn't fix. Porsche bought it back and he was going to buy a slightly used GTS for about $130K. But then I found a slightly used Ferrari 612 for the same price and convinced him to go test drive it. He fell in love and bought it. It's working well as his DD because he rarely needs 4 doors or a hatch.
