In the 50's, 60's and 70's a number of coach builders offered Cadillac wagon conversions that were then available through Cadillac dealers. This particular example is a 1969 Deville. It appears very similar to some ASC conversions I've seen but I can't be sure. I'm envisioning this with a CTS-V drivetrain and some much better brakes but that wonderfully cushy stock suspension left intact.

something about me wants to get a 60's or 70's Cadillac hearse. I don't know what it is... Maybe working at the family funeral home for 3 years did it, or that time I street raced a brodozer silverado in the 99 deville hearse and won.

I think there's something wrong with anyone who doesn't want an old Caddy hearse. The styling was beautiful. Plus the creep factor.

If I ran the family business I'd have two hearses, and one of them would have to be a 60's or early 70's hearse, lowered on some nice polished 5 spokes. Cragar S/S style.

I'd have to give families the option of having their loved ones going out, or going out "in style"
