Hmm...NP I suppose. Never know, obviously. Bumpers and wheels look good, I use that as a sign of "I had the crap beat out of me by the 4th owner" when I have little to go by for the mechanics.

The memories

Depends on how well taken care of it is. Even if its immaculate I'd say its on the CP side.... By a very small amount.
I bought mine in December 2006 for $3500 and it was mostly good. I'd say $2000-2500 is reasonable for this.

But no 20v 5 cylinder, so basically what you're getting is a not-so-reliable, underpowered, not-so-nice looking wagon for two grand. On the other hand, you could pay a mere grand or two more and have a 95-96 S6 wagon with a turbo 20v. Decisions, decisions
