That is pretty hot, right there...

I can imagine it without the wood... maybe a Torino fade-stripe down the side instead...

Without the roof rack, and some new retro wheels and modern tires...

That would be a beast of a resto-mod, if it were just a little less strict with it's period add-ons.

I personally love the wood trim and roof rack. Discrete modifications to improve it's performance and safety I'm good with, but this car should never, ever be restored.
