I mean, yes, if the cameraman is anything to go by, those guys are douche nozzles of the highest order.
But, really, besides the sidewalk thing across the bridge they never really did anything that put other people in any kind of danger. That doesn't make it all okay, but this certainly isn't the worst display of motorcycle douchebaggery I've seen.

Aside from the fire cracker at the gas pump most of it seemed like harmless fun. Just cause it's illegal doesn't mean it's dangerous.

They seem like fun, I'd ride with them. They weren't weaving traffic at 130 or anything. Most dangerous thing they probably did were a few wheelies on the highway which aren't really that dangerous.
