Thats it? Some paint and a fancy badge for your centennial birthday?! I am disappoint.
You're a hundred years old, I think that deserves some more celebration! You made it out of the great depression, out of "the war" you know the big one. Through the oil crisis a few decades ago, and hell even in this last recession many thought Fiat was going to kill you. Lets celebrate that, damn.
Lets not forget what Ford gave themselves for their 100th birthday, do you want Ford to show to show you up? Because they have.
Some more photos of the birthday party Dodges if anyone cares.

they don't have it in the budget to do something really cool, and the halo car they came up with is now a "SRT"

You make a budget dammit. Or at least give us another Razor concept or something.

Ford did it right with the GT. Cadillac gave it the old college try with the Cien concept. Do you think they would have built it if Cadillac turned 100 now under the new GM?

The reason they can't afford it is because all there surplus money is getting sucked up by Fiat to prop up its compounding failure in Europe. I heard Peter DeLorenzo describe Marchionne as a " Carpetbagger " a couple weeks ago- while overly provocative, it is certainly and interesting opinion that you do not hear in the press very often.

Article is a little long for me but I get the point. Parent company isn't doing to well so you have to support them first. Sad, sad tale.

This is what Buick did for their centennial back in 2003. They stuck a new grille and portholes on the Park Avenue Ultra. It marked the first Buick since the '87 GNX to have them.
They also gave us a "Celebration Edition" 2003 LeSabre with a blackout grille and chrome wheels.
That was it.

Yea but at that point Buick was VERY Buick if you know what I mean. Dodge has been doing good lately, which I was I hoped there would of been more.

Nope, that's conservative propaganda, Fiat can't use a cent of Fiat's money until it gets control of all of Chrysler's stock and until it repays back all the federal loans. There are few chances for both of those to happen before 2015 or later, as Fiat will need more money .
Chrysler is burning it's own money, as producing good, new cars, from Chrysler's, thin, crappy lineups takes cash, a lot of it. New 200 alone, will cost about 2 billion dollars.
