Greetings from the suburbs of NYC. I was recommended to join this awesome forum by Mathias and from what little I have seen it seems pretty sick!! I have a 2000 ML430, and in case you haven't heard from him enough, THE W163 ML IS THE BEST PLATFORM OF VEHICLES EVER MADE. Any arguments against this are irrelevant and those who engage will be subject to the wrath of Chuck Norris.......

nah man, I've seen Jurassic Park 2, and I gotta say, if it can't withstand a dinosaur attack...I'm not sure Its the best platform ever.

I have the exact same truck, err, car, or ML430. But it is white. And I have taken it off roading here in the mountains. I upgraded the audio though, to an Alpine head unit and 14 speakers + the sub and 2 Arc Audio amps. Bose systems sucks moose balls!

No I am not in the club, but I will check it out. The system is sweet, Focal Utopia's on the four doors and Dynaudio 6 x 9's in the rear with a JL Audio W7 10 inch sub. Playing from classical to death metal music, every strum of the guitar, you can hear.

I want to get some, I feel the doors aren't as solid as I want mine to be, I might put some in to achieve a more solid feel and added quietness

Well, the ML already has or had a solid thunk when you shut the door. With Dynamat, it is even a more solid thunk and when you tap on the door(s), it muffles the sound.
