So pretty soon, I might have to change the chain and sprockets on my 919. I think I got the stand bit down but.... Er....
I know chains have an endless loop but how do you join the link?

Depends. There are two systems. One is with a little clip, which you must AVOID. The other you just hammer/crush a rivet. Let me show you.
