Pages and pages have been written about the Lambrecht Chevrolet dealer auction back in September. Here's the final chapter: 18 cars whose new owners have failed to pay up as promised are being auctioned !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! - online only, ending next Saturday at midnight. Three are Fords; the rest are Chevys, all in varying states of decrepitude:
!!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! in the Lincoln, Nebraska Journal-Star , Yvette VanDerBrink said that 14 cars were bought by one bidder who later told her the truck driver he hired had run off with his money, another bidder had died, another wouldn't return her calls, and another admitted to just "playing" her.
So if you're not playing, and have a bad case of shoulda-woulda-coulda for one last bit of Lambrecht legend, here you go...
