Ahh. It sounded exactly like what seemed to magically happen on Fridays. Equipment which had "just worked fine" would mysteriously malfunction sometime between 4 and 5. "Guess I may as well leave since there's no way that will get fixed in an hour" and whatnot.

this is usually the "this broke early Monday morning and I had all week to call but I waited till Friday at 4:55 and I need this fixed now because I have a huge event tomorrow" kinda call.

Not late, Just until 5, or rather 4:58 ... (but hes pretty much middle management, his bosses are all long gone by then)
