WooHoo! After a five-hour doctor visit / waitfest, I got the call this afternoon that my medical has been approved!
Unfortunately, the applicable time for the checkride I took and passed back in July has expired, so I need another... which is the perfect time for a complex aircraft endorsement.
Looking forward to getting back in the saddle again, after a nearly decade and a half hiatus. I don't think I'll be quite as overwhelmed as I would be here:

Nice. Congrats, and remember, you don't even need a medical to fly as a sport pilot. What checkride did you pass in July?
Also, I'm guessing that's a Concorde cockpit...

Congrats! When I first got my medical there was about an 8mo delay due to OKC (this was around the y2k computer fiasco.... I'm old). Go have some fun! What field are you out of?

I live nearest to RDU (Raleigh-Durham, NC), but lately I've flown out of Stuart, Florida, while on vacation. That's where I passed my since-expired checkride, but have set up for another one over the Christmas holiday. My wife's whole side of the family congregates there for the holidaze.

Private pilot. Got it back in 1997; haven't exercised it since... wow. Got it July 5, 1997, last used August 30, 1997. Was too darn expensive to maintain on an entry-level salary.
And right on on the Concorde.
