My cat actually behaves well when I'm in bed.

When I first got her, after she warmed up to me, she was trying to figure out how to lay when I was in bed. She tried laying along my side while I was playing on my tablet, but when I sleep I turn over and lay on my stomach. I looked at her and said 'it's bed time', and pulled a pillow over next to me and patted it and said 'why don't you sleep here'.

In what is possibly the most adorable thing I've ever seen a cat do, she stood up, walked over to the pillow and curled up on it.

To this day, 2+ years later, she sleeps on a pillow next to me practically every night.

My cat will usually either sleep on a chair or an air vent, or sleep at my girlfriends feet, sometimes between our feet.

My parents cat though sleeps between their pillows, sleeps there during the day too.
My cat knows I am far to restless to sleep by my head
