html/ascii/unicode how does it work?
It appears that a few of the punctuation / symbols are improperly handled in the recommended column.
"'" is an apostrophe.

I believe that's the asci code for the apostrophe. No idea why it would not show up on the sidebar.

LOL. Well essentially what is occurring is that the title for the article is explicitly pulling the html title, but it isn't re-parsing/coding it back into html format for the recommended columns and is just displaying some of these symbols as text.

It's not just ascii, it's html formatting as well. It's a text to html to text conversion issue. (It's likely slightly more complex than that, but the simple explanation will probably end up being that the text object of the title isn't being translated to the same format as the original text was displayed).
