I actually have an original issue full-size box copy of this I got less than 5 years ago. It was in a whole shipment of Ion Storm games that had apparently gotten misplaced somewhere at "MicroCenter" in Marietta, GA, and was out on the shelves suddenly *years* later en masse with... Daikatana. Still kicking myself for not stocking up on lots of copies of both, though I did give a copy of the latter to someone as a joke. 7-8 years is a long time for software to be misplaced...
